Monday 20^th September 2010, Auteuil (www.jourdegalop.com) On his return to racing, Jamal Malik (Lavirco) beat  Twinlight (Muhtathir), by a neck to win the €85,000 Prix Robert Lejeune Hurdle (L-3yo Males-3600m). Settled well, Jamal Malik waited patiently until turning into the straight before making his move. He may now go for the Prix de Talhouët-Roy (Gr2) followed by the Prix Cambacérès (Gr1) according to connections.

 Jamal Malik is out of Change Partner, a very good jump mare who won three Listed races at Enghien and was Group placed at Auteuil for the colours of Yves Lalemand. Change Partner was bought for €200,000 by Bertrand Le Métayer at the Arqana Sales in October 2008 at Deauville (click here for catalogue page).
