Wednesday 29th September 2010, Maisons Laffitte (www.jourdegalop.com) The favourite  Ashiyla (Rock of Gibraltar) looked the likely winner in the final stages of the €55,000 Prix Joubert (L-3yo Fillies-2400m), until Toi et Moi (Galileo) came with a late dash to snatch victory by a neck. The Eric Libaud trained Clear Coast (Lando) finished a further 2 lengths behind in third. “We hesitated between this race and the Prix de Royallieu (Gr2)”, admitted Pascal Bary. “I don’t know where she will run next but she will stay in training next year.”

Toi et Moi is out of Di Moi Oui (Warning), who was also trained by Pascal Bary and won the Prix Chloé and the Nonette (Group 3s) and was also placed in a Gr1 in Rome. They were both bred by their owners, the Vittadinis.
