Dr Fong (Kris S - Spring Flight, by Miswaki) will be based in France in 2010 and will be offered at €5,000 at the Haras du Thenney in Normandy. The 14yo chestnut sire from Highclere Stud won the St. James's Palace Stakes before entering stud. Since then, some of his best winners won in France, such as Ask for the Moon (St. Alary), Shamdinan (French Derby 3rd, Secretariat Stakes winner), Célimène, Andronikos, Emergency, etc.

He will join Gentlewave and Orpen at the Thenney and visits will be arranged during the December sales at Deauville.

The Racing Post comment on that sire was : "Smart 2yo, top-class 8f 3yo, can sire smart 2yos, progeny usually progress from 2 to 3."
